"It has been brought to our attention that your provisioned IP address is being used to operate one or more servers on the Rogers network. These servers can include but are not limited to File, Web and SMTP.
Please be advised that all servers are a violation of section 7.(k) of our End User Agreement and Acceptable Usage Policy:
7. Use of Rogers Hi-Speed Internet. You agree to comply with those policies regarding
permitted and prohibited uses of Rogers Hi-Speed Internet as may be posted by Rogers
on the Rogers Hi-Speed Internet website from time to time (the "Acceptable Use Policy"
or "AUP"). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you will not
use the Equipment or the Rogers Hi-Speed Internet Service to, directly or indirectly:
(k)operate a server in connection with Rogers Hi-Speed Internet including but not
limited to mail, news, file, gopher, telnet, chat, web, or host configuration
servers, multimedia streamers, or multi-user interactive forums.
Please remove all servers immediately while connected to the Rogers Hi-Speed Internet network, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the End User Agreement / Acceptable Usage Policy. Your account will be checked in the future and service may be suspended without any further notice, if any servers are found to be operating at that time.
