Autumnal 'Turn Inward' HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK Retreat

November 18 to 20, 2005


Join us for a weekend of self-exploration as days shorten and cold rains draw us indoors.

Ocean Wilderness Inn will provide accommodation, healthful meals and a cozy setting in the midst of the natural beauty of old growth forest in Sooke, just a 40-minute drive from Victoria, British Columbia. Come early on Friday afternoon and leave your work-a-day world behind.

From the opening circle and orientation at 7:30 p.m. Friday, through two intensive Holotropic Breathwork sessions on Saturday, until 1 p.m. Sunday following the final interactive closing circle, every participant will be supported in turning inward and going deeper.

Holotropic Breathwork(TM), developed by Christina and Stan Grof, has provided thousands of people with a tried and true approach to explore realms of consciousness outside everyday awareness. Grof-trained facilitators Carolyn Green and Beth Morris have a combined experience of over 20 years with this intense, experiential work.

If you're not experiencing your life as fully as you'd like to be, unconscious blockages could be holding you back. This weekend of self exploration as days shorten and cold rains draw us indoors is intended to assist participants to turn inward and claim their full powers.



Holotropic BreathworkTM is based on the principle that each of us has an Inner Healer which can best do its work in nonordinary states of consciousness. Breath and a musical soundscape guide participants on a journey deep within to evoke healing and transformation.



Carolyn Green, PhD and Beth Morris, BA are Grof Transpersonal Training certified and bring 22 years of combined experience with breathwork to their facilitation. Ocean Wilderness Inn will provide accommodation, vegetarian meals and a cozy setting in the midst of the natural beauty of Sooke.



Join us November 18th to November 20th. From the opening circle 7:30 pm Friday to final integrating session 1:00pm on Sunday every participant will be supported in their unique inward journey.
