16x9 (side-ratios) DSLR!?!?!?

In cheaper cameras you could ajust this setting.
Is there such thing when it comes to DSLR!?

Я как не профи, фото смотрю на мониторах, а они у меня все wide screen....

I have seen the description of this camera - i couldn't comprehend why is it better than the others (say g10) on top it is very expensive and not dslr.
Though, correct me if i am mistaken - I gather by now the pics quality of dslr not much superior then those of non dslr's ( say the same g10 and any of high end and high zoom panas. vs. DSLRs)
Thinking of possibilities of a future upgrades of my canon tx1 (7 mp 10 zoom, 720p video and very compact)....

gh1 скорее к зеркалкам ближе - линзы сменные, матрица большая, зеркала только нет

большая матрица, - соответственно, меньше шума на высоких ISO, шире динамический диапазон, проще размыть задний фон (но меньше глубина резкости на макро-снимках)
