Michael Guerriere, a managing partner of Courtyard Group, was also named as eHealth's interim senior vice-president of strategy at one point, and billed more than $3,000 a day as a consultant.

Guerriere's wife, Miyo Yamashita, heads another firm, Anzen Consulting, that benefited from more than $300,000 in eHealth contracts.

Yamashita charged about $300 an hour for communications advice and services that included:

* Reading New York Times articles on diabetes and electronic health records from her husband.
* Reviewing Kramer's holiday voicemail greeting and confirming details for a seasonal party.
* Debriefing during a chat on the subway.

Politicians are elected to watch the taxpayers back...but they are NOT doing "their" job , instead they have jumped on the train and joined in with the scammers. Taxpayers are being taken here big time.

Just last month in BC citizens were question how "their" health care system is operating with "their" private partners. No one is listening . So WHY BOTHER VOTING ? We are only justifying the continuation of this type of abuse.

Canada is becoming as corrupt as most third world countries; the RCMP are killing people, governments are controlled by big corporations that are so big they've removed all competition that is required in a free market, politicians flip flop on issues and political affiliations, poverty continues to increase along with taxation while services become fewer and fewer, and criminals get house arrest and commit additional crimes while under house arrest.

1. Коррупция - относительное понятие. Имхо, народ тут знает, что такое настоящая коррупция.
2. Полиция везде убивает людей. Здесь - меньше.
3. Правительство нигде не служит за идею свободного рынка. Только здесь оно соблюдает законы. Если хотите - вынужденно.
4. а что требуется от политиков? Хотя тоже достаточно сравнить.
