They tasered him 5 times in the broad day light, with many witnesses around.. kept on tasering him when he was convulsing in pain, lying on the ground...

And we speak of torture and injustices in the 3d world countries, and 'gestapo' .... Yet it happens right here in free world... and all they can say is "oops"...

Давайте всё же цитировать честно, иначе про "соврамши" очччень уж получается неоднозначно:
