EHealth expenses

Some of the consulting costs incurred at eHealth:

* A $2,700-a-day consultant charging for a $3.26 muffin and tea.
* A $300-an-hour consultant, charging for reading an e-health article given to her by her husband, another consultant.
* Two consultants serving as vice-presidents and flown regularly from homes in Alberta.
* A $1,700-a-day executive assistant.
* Consultants charging to watch an eHealth episode on TVO's The Agenda and "debriefing" on the Toronto subway.
* Even some Toronto board members bill taxpayers for the taxi rides to and from the eHealth meetings, in addition to the $380 they get for each meeting, and the $380 some bill for preparing for the meeting.
* About $1.6-million worth was paid out over 14 invoices to a company with no written contract.
* Documents show yet another consultant, Chris Dingman, made $225 an hour, according to a statement of account for November 2008. Dingman billed for 48 hours for a total cost of $10,800. According to her time sheet, she billed two hours for "emails and scheduling."

Ну в целом все контрактники так и делают, даже больше скажу многие контрактники при пристальном рассмотрении даже под определения контрактника то не попадают, а списывают всё в полный рост
