во-первых, это зависит от того. чем вы занимаетесь.
Как частный предприниматель, вы отвечаете своим имуществом. it's for liability purposes. частное предпринимательсто оформить легче и дешевле. Sole Proprietorship. It is the simplest and least expensive format. You, as the owner, receive all the profits and you assume and accept all the risks personally. Really simple!

Benefits of Incorporating
