Trip to Disneyland + San Diego

We are planning a 10-day trip to Disneyland and San Diego. 2 adults + 1 5.5-year old girl. If anybody has any "tips" regarding planning, hotels, "must see" attractions, opinions on whether to drive or to fly with con's and pro's, I would really appreciate it (sorry, typing in English, no Russian keyboard on this computer). Spasibo!

P.S. So far, the plan is to see Disneyland (1 or 2 days), a couple of days on the beach, LegoLand, Seaworld. Considering Universal Studios, but not sure our 5 year old will enjoy it, may be Zoo???
