What they are looking for:

• 5+ years commercial software development experience in C++ and OOP
  Experience developing enterprise (multi-server, distributed) server-side applications
  Thorough understanding of networking concepts & associated issues - TCP\IP, messaging, bandwidth, latency, etc.
  Experience developing, deploying, and monitoring application under Linux
  Experience interacting\interfacing applications with multiple DBs
  SQL and Postgresql experience will be an asset
  Hands-on XML development experience will be an asset
  Experience with architectural design
  Strong sense of importance to enterprise system reliability (up-time) and scalability
  Good understanding of the software development process
  Creative thinker, problem solver
  Customer-centric focused with an appreciation for the business
  Willingness and ability to work out of a home office
  Self starter, motivator, with ability to work in a virtual team environment
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to effectively communicate by telephone and instant messaging

What you will be doing:

• Working with Senior Programmers and Software Architect in building the next generation of enterprise components with strong focus on reliability, extensibility, and scalability
  Providing\assisting-in production environment support - researching and solving issues.

Education:

• Appropriate University\College\Technical School degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
