Неудивительно. Семья Гиннесов, что построила мост добралась уже до Шанхая... В таком случае тут будет 70% китайцев уже через 15 лет, так как белые рожают мало, а китайцы видя что это халява начинают секс-марафон. Инвестировать в Ванкувер... ну не знаю. Есть Саншайн кост где грязный лот по 100-к, там вариант.

С другой стороны - покупка недвижимости скажем в бывш Союзной республике и сдача ее в аренду гораздо выгоднее с экономической точки зрения вложения в недвижимость, так как рента повсеместно 500 за однушку в среднем что по Украине что по Казахстану. Но цена хаты в среднем 50-к.
