to be eligible patient must have active MSP coverage. Coverage for Fair Pharmacare patients is subject to annual income based deductibles and family maximums. (so it's not for free for all)

Will beging Sept 30
each year you can get one of
-Zyban
-Champix
-Thrive cool mint chewing gum (108 pack size only) in 2 strength
-Habitrol patches in 3 strengths
for 12 weeks (every 4 weeks)
For that you have to get a doctors prescription and you have to get a registeration with BC Smoking Cessation Program by calling HealthLink BC at 8-1-1 (they will give you a unique reference number for each fill - and you have to give this number to the pharmacist)
