What to see in Victoria?

Hey guys, a coworker is asking me what to see in Victoria, he's going there for one day (Saturday). I'm just wondering what are the must see places there. Please reply in English so he could read

Graidgarosch Castle (sorry, not so sure about correctness of spelling) - beautiful old mansion.
Royal Museum - very interesting!
Undersea Garden (near Royal Museum) - interesting octopus performance
Batterfly Garden (real batterflies flying all around you - exciting!)
Miniature World (the name speaks for itself - lots of minuature stuff)
Crystal Gardens (something like our Bloedel Conservatory)
But if the weather is nice - Butchard Gardens is ABSOLUTE MUST SEE!

Wax museum. Bastion Square. He is using the ferry, correct? ) On a ferry there is a free Victoria downtown map with all this attractions. Explore this area - downtown/inner harbour. A tourist office is in Downtown Victoria - Inner Harbour.
