Рабочая виза для truck driver

Брат получил CDL в Торонто, живет у меня по гостевой визе, виза до марта. Водительский стаж двадцать лет, работал в Сибири, Москве. Подскажите возможность получения рабочей визы. Спасибо.

Есть такая контора в Алберте http://www.hrtrans.com/hiring-standards/ так они в свое время 2004-06годах завозили тракеров(100-150чел) с ГОлландии по специальной программе от говермента,позвоните спросите если еще лазейка существует......или как ему влезть туда уже с местными правами

Извините, не поблагодарила сразу, с компом были проблемы.
Обращались к адвокату - сказал если в ВС найдем работодателя, то он оформит рабочую визу. Думаем, ищем.
А спец.права у него есть.
