Location - Vancouver, BC
The following is the skill set we are looking for on the senior VC++/COM developers:
COM/DCOM (ATL-based development)
STL
Win32
MFC (also working on Front End)
Responsibilities
This job involves designing, developing, testing and maintaining software components for customer's products running on Microsoft Windows operating systems.Your skill in programming is matched by your willingness to take on new challenges as we continuously expand the scope of customer's products and services.
Essential Qualifications
Have developed commercial software on Windows NT, 2000 and XP operating systems
Strong VC++/COM programming skills
Minimum 4 to 6 years of programming experience in client software development, and involved in architectural design in the last 2 to 3 years
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with object oriented development
Working experience with Windows development tools: MFC, Win32, Visual C++, COM/ATL, Rational Rose and UML
Working experience with image processing and graphical user interface
Familiarity with software engineering practices, Rational Unified Process and ISO 9001 quality standards
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related discipline
Reports to
Software Project Manager
Availability
Immediate

потому, что там ничего не написано. Написано то, что любой в виндовзворкшоп должен уметь.

хмм, смешанные чувства.. в тоже время прав 100% и не прав, имхо. сомневаюсь что человеку начавшему карьеру с си-шарпа легко будет даваться манипулирование поинтерами, кучами и прочими user-НЕ-френдли вещами и обратно, имея фундаментальные навыки, начать писать хоть под дот нет, хоть для линукса можно в кратчайшие сроки.
