Moscow - Moscow regrets and is puzzled by the decision of several countries, including the United States, to vote against a proposed anti-Nazi resolution at the 67th session of the UN General Assembly, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on its website on Friday.
"We are strongly perplexed by and regret the fact that the US, Canada and Palau voted against this document, while the delegations of EU member states abstained during the vote on this resolution, which was nonetheless supported by the overwhelming majority of UN member states," the ministry said.
