ничего не понимаю про девелоперов, так что в этом разрезе ничего сказать не могу...

1) про глаголы - иногда в прошедшем времени, иногда в настоящем. все поправить и сделать в прошедшем.
2) наверно, не стоит 4 раза упоминать одну и ту же компанию. одного раза достаточно. а уж под этим заголовком показать свой профессиональный рост.

за этим лучше к образованоому местному обратиться

Я бы в образовании вместо "BS in Applied Mathematics" написала бы "in Computer Science" - по сути это оно и есть.

"Tuned and troubleshoot...." - this is russian said using english words, totally incomon. It would probably be a good idea to replace it with something like defined and resolved configuration issues
