Меня учили толковать это как, вот на, когда что то кому то протягиваешь

когда что-то кому-то протягиваешь говорят here you are, here you go

Если есть два объекта во множественном числе, как правильно (согласно формальным правилам) использовать артикль the?

Можно использовать артикль или с каждым словом в перечислении или один раз перед первым словом. Т.е. это будет или

The A, B, C, and D
