Main Responsibilities:

System integration activities. Provides on-call critical support 7x24x365 on a rotating schedule.
Designs, develops, implements and tests information system disaster recovery procedures related to the NT Client/Server environment.
Determines the needs and directions of the Credit Union with regards to computer (client, server, mid-range hosts), network devices and telephony related technologies including but not limited to: hardware requirements, software requirements, capacity planning, and movement or expansion of facilities.
Tests, evaluates and recommends server computer hardware and software needs for the enterprise and facilitates the purchase of such equipment. Develops guidelines for standard server-based computer configurations for the organization.
Recommends, installs, maintains and troubleshoots network and desktop applications (including Internet/Intranet) and operating systems including: servers, desktops, related peripherals, network devices, network infrastructure, cabling, and power supply.
Creates, documents, implements and maintains network users default configuration including, but not limited to: network access rights, network printing assignments, application access, and group assignments.
Provides high-level technical and administrative support including end user documentation to all staff members, focusing primarily on supporting the Help Desk and operations areas.
Maintains system integrity by ensuring regular database, operating system and disk maintenance and monitoring is performed. Performs the installation and upgrades of all server-based operating system and application software and utilities.
Participates in the review, coordination, configuration and management of the data network.
Ensures timely delivery of technology solutions
Provides system-consulting services to assigned business unit and branch locations.
Qualifications Required
5+ years experience within the Information Technology industry with expertise in the client/server environment and minicomputer environment - both software and hardware; networking; database technologies; computer operations. Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in designing system architectures.

A Diploma of Technology or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Expertise and experience must be at a level of a Microsoft CSE. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Must have an expert level of knowledge in:

Working at the highest technical level in NT/Intel Server or Open VMS/Alpha environment and is an acknowledged technical expert in this area
General Skills; screen, report & forms design, paperflow analysis, complex programming, technical installations and support, hardware and software evaluations
Comprehension of the Change Process
Comprehension of Organizational Dynamics

Да уж, народ конкретно экономить умеет
А на чем под это сегодня пишут?

Это больше на саппорт фирмы - продавца - похоже больше. Причем уровень который требуют соответственно. Как бы для фирмы системного интегратора и сотрудников обязанностей и квалификация посильней требуется-имхо.

А на чем под это сегодня пишут?

Да хоть на чем, начиная с си и заканчивая модулой, адой, лиспомо. Но я думаю кобол и фортран. Еще начиная с RSX-11M включая VAX/VMS все это было. OVMS - те же яйца, только вид сбоку для альфы.

Обычный список требований для интермедиэйт/сениор уиндушного админа. Правда несколько туманно изложено. А так - ничего особенного.
