Network Analyst - GTA

Responsibilities:
Day-to-day support of the current infrastructure. Primary contact for network infrastructure related support requests, alarms, etc.

Review, confirm, test and implement Change requests following CM policies.

Assist in the Implementation, maintenance, and overall performance, security, and availability of Intercon Network Infrastructure

Develop, write and update procedures, technical documentation, on-line resources. Identify opportunities for improving existing processes. Build and
document process improvements and best practices.

On-call/duty rotation, carrying company blackberry required.

Qualifications:
Knowledge/expertise in configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Cisco Devices including Routers, Switches, PIX Firewalls, VPN Concentrators. Knowledge
of Cisco Secure ACS and Cisco IP Sensors Is an asset

Knowledge of VPN technologies/network security architecture, models and methodologies, Authentication schemes, Encryption techniques and standards (3DES,
PKI, MD5), Routing, and Switching protocols

Knowledge of security architecture, models and technologies - DoS/Intrusion Prevention and Detection solutions, Authentication (IKE, RADIUS), DMZ, WAN
Design and Integration, and client connectivity solutions

Knowledge of TCP/IP and following protocols/technologies:
HSRP, VRRP, BGP, EIGRP, Frame Relay, Cisco VPN Concentrators 3000 Series, IP Multicast, VLANs, VTP, trunk, IP services, IOS features, NAT, PAT, NTP,
SNMP, AAA, Security server protocols, Access lists, Routing protocols security, Catalyst security, Radius, Tacacs+, AES, IPSec, IKE, PPTP, L2TP, PPP, Pix
Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Cisco 1112 Secure ACS, RSA Security, Ciscoworks VMS/LMS, Cisco 2800, 2600, 800 Series routers, 3700, 3650, 2900 Series switches, Cisco
Pix 515E Series firewalls, Cisco IDS/IPS Network and Host IDS/IP 4240 Sensors, Site to Site/ Easy remote VPN

Must demonstrate consistent, high-quality customer service skills during interactions with customers

Excellent communications skills and great team player

Post-secondary degree in a technology related field desired `

Linux/Unix knowledge is a definite asset

Cisco and Microsoft certifications desirable
