We are seeking dynamic professionals pursuing an exciting career path in market research. The successful candidate will have completed a post secondary diploma/degree in a related field, be customer focused, work efficiently under pressure and possess strong problem solving abilities and technical expertise.

Responsibilities


Programming web-based surveys in Confirmit and Vovici EFM Feedback
Setting up and launching web-based surveys in the company’s proprietary panel management software system
Testing surveys prior to launch to ensure data accuracy
Providing survey participants with technical support
Contributing to various levels in the research process including recruiting participants, inviting participants, filtering participant lists, managing participant quotas, and compiling honorarium lists.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

We are looking for an individual who:

Has completed a post-secondary diploma/degree
Has experience working in a technical role
Is technically competent (Has working knowledge of HTML, J-Script, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel)
Is highly adaptable, customer focused & possesses a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
Has superior organizational skill, unflagging attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities
Is a team player with a positive and proactive personality
Experience with Confirmit, Vovici EFM Feedback, or other online survey software applications a definite asset
