We have a unique opportunity for a UNIX professional with solid hardware experience and a combination of technical and consulting skills to join our team. As the UNIX expert on a project, you will be responsible for the creation of the UNIX environment, from recommending hardware solutions through procurement, installation, configuration, and customer acceptance and post delivery support. A typical UNIX environment will involve 4-20 processors.
Your background includes a degree in electrical engineering and 3-5 years UNIX/LINUX and System Administration experience. Experience in a project or consulting environment required. You have previous experience working at customer sites and a proven tack record of successfully managing stakeholders and third party vendors.
