The ideal candidate will:

• Be able to communicate effectively with customers and company employees
• Be reliable, organized, detail oriented, sharp and a self-starter
• Be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Be friendly and courteous in all interactions with customers and co-workers
• Have a professional phone manner
• Perform well in a busy operation
• Have excellent organizational skills


Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• The successful candidate must posses either 2-3 years experience in an equivalent role or have completed post-secondary education training in the field of book keeping.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Word and Excel
