Покритикуйте резюме. Network Engineer

Изменял резюме уже 2 раза, но чувствую не что-то не то. То ли язык меня подволит, то ли акцент ставлю не на то.

Посоветуйте пожалуйста, что можно или надо исправить.
Опыт довольно обшиирный, и последние 3 года работал в основном с CISCO. Большинство вакансий требует еще и MS, а у меня с ним года 2 сталкивался только когда что-н с сисадминами внедряли.

Буду признателен любым комментариям. Можете даже похомить.
Советы, по стратегиям поиска тоже очень помогут.

это как бы не очень серьезно. За 7 лет надо хотя бы до CCNP дотянуть, ну или убрать CCNA Specialist из заголовка, оставить только в разделе сертификаций

+ не всегда согласованы времена. Часть идет в прошедшем, часть в настоящем. Лучше сделать все в прошедшем
