As a Helpdesk Analyst for our IT group, you’ll use your extensive technical knowledge and your friendly people skills to assist our staff with various technical issues. Yes, we just said technical and friendly in the same sentence.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Continuing to expand your knowledge of relevant technical components of the computing environment, current support policies and methods
• Providing technically sound advice and solutions to our staff
• Developing expertise in common software packages and business applications
• Ensuring timely recording, research, routing, communication, tracking, escalation and resolution of technical problems
• Monitoring activities to ensure they meet our standards and service level agreements
