Job Description

We are looking for a programmer to develop series of online games for our new interactive website. This is a very exciting yet challenging opportunity as you will be solely responsible for the successful implementation of programming tasks from start to completion/title launch.

You will have the following responsibilities:

•Design and implement gameplay features within an established framework
•Evaluate game design and identify tasks required to reach a final product
•Work closely with artists to implement their ideas , providing technical, creative and scheduling feedback; accept and provide directions to ensure delivery of a quality product
•Keep management informed about progress of programming deliverables
•Advise on non-programming prerequisites for feature implementation


Your qualifications must include:

•2 or more years of development experience in the game industry
•2 or more years of experience using Flash Actionscript 2 and 3
•1+ online game that you have personally worked on as a programmer would be a bonus
•Strong understanding of XML
•Solid Understanding of Flash/Flex game challenges
•Strong debugging and problem solving skills
•Strong 3D math skills and experience with 3D graphics engines
•Knowledge of C/C++
•Basic design or layout skills
•Willingness to learn and improve skill set by working with a core team
•Exceptional team player, communication and interpersonal skils
