Associate Testing Analyst

Employment Type: Regular

Under general supervision, assists in Testing of business systems at the Test Preparation and Test Execution phases, including running test scripts and logging defects, as well as to generate various Testing reports required by Project or Test leads/managers, distribute these reports, monitor, and follow up as needed.

Qualifications:
• Computer Science/Information Technology post secondary education required
• 1-2 years of testing experience required. Familiarity with Testing terminology, methodology and Testing tools (Quality Centre or other similar) is mandatory
• Familiar with MS-Office for purpose of creating and updating of documentation, reports (including usage of macros), spreadsheets, presentations
• Basic knowledge of application development life cycle
• Programming experience would be an additional asset
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
• Ability to interact with the end user
