Из опыта сколько стоит в год содержать корп.?!?
From what I understand If your business fetches less then around 30 grand per year you do not have to register it!?
thanks for any info
P.S. + i googled

"divedents" Heh?
Если быть точнее, то меньше $30,000 in a single calendar quarter or in four consecutive calendar quartersFrom what I understand If your business fetches less then around 30 grand per year you do not have to register it!?
Frankly speaking, I don’t find this information ambiguous. The registration process is nothing extraordinary - just follow the instructions and fill in the blanks. The accounting and income tax filing heavily depend on your business’s nature and complications. If you position your business as an incorporated consultant, in most cases you can handle the paperwork yourself. Unfortunately all good accountants I know don’t work in public practice so I can’t give you any referrals. A piece of advise regarding the accounting issues– read this guides carefully http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tg/rc4070/rc4070-e.html and http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tg/t4002/t4002-e.html to get a list of questions you’d like to clarify; then go to at least a couple of accountants and compare their recommendations. If they don’t agree on some issues, find a third accountant’s opinion. Everybody makes mistakes and nobody cares about your business more than yourselfArtvan писал(а):Mr. Trump,
Excellent job, Thank you,
A bit overwhelming though – too much information to digest– and as you probably figured it out yourself - there are lots of ambiguity
and everything is not so straight
forward…
SO, Last but not least can you may be recommend a good accountant who can check that those forms are filled correctly!?
Cheers,

You are right-this is going to be the nature of my business consulting various companies on their product – "simple" on my end. You surprised when you said that all the accounting things I can do myself – so far I called a few ‘ Russian” accountant they charge 200-500$ also called the “recommended” guy from Hedden Chong Chartered Accountants he charges 1200 and up!
So do you realy do taxes and all the legal yourself!?
It's actually $300,000. Incorporated individuals have to be very cautious with maintaining their status. The major problem is related to the certain limitations imposed by CRA to the individuals trying to reduce their taxes through incorporating their businesses. The Personal Service businesses (incorporated employees) don’t qualify for Small Business Deduction (http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tg/t4012 ... 724_196765). The number of allowed business expenses for personal service coporporations is also significantly restricted comparing to regular businesses.Stanislav писал(а): on the first $250,000 of active business income
Accounting and taxes for an incorporated contractor are not so really different from the accounting/taxes for a sole proprietor. So I personally don’t think there are enough complications regarding “глубины вопроса про куда и сколько списать“ to save thousands in taxes. Sure it’s up to the business owner to decide whether to hire an accountant and how much to pay for the professional services. Be aware that these “200 bucks accountants” are not responsible for their errors and mistakes. Don’t forget that an incorporated employee/contractor is usually a business owner and a director of the corporation at the same time– so there is no limited liability. As I mentioned before- nobody really cares about your personal stuff more than yourself. So be careful with these cheap “accountants” - if you made up your mind to hire one of them - always question their recommendations personally and obtain a third party opinion on all critical issues (such as the accounting policies and tax strategies)Olesja писал(а): скупой платит дважды. 200 каксов сэкономишь на булгахтере - тысячи переплатишь ревнивой от незнания глубины вопроса про куда и сколько списать.
