Sr. Network Engineer position

Key responsibilities include the following:

- Design, implement and optimize core data center LAN/WAN infrastructure

- Technical leadership for core routing, load balancing, switching and wireless based infrastructure

- 24x7 On-call support in rotation with other team members

- Work with ISP and MPLS network providers to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

- Capacity planning of LAN/WAN infrastructure including links with MPLS and ISP?s



Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Minimum of 5 to 8 years work experience

- Experience managing a global network with multiple data centers

- Experience designing network infrastructure for an enterprise data center

- Experience with Ciscoworks LMS and other network management tools

- Expert knowledge of OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP routing protocols

- Experience with Cisco Content Switching Modules (CSM) and Content Services Switches (CSS)

- Experience with Cisco VPN3000 concentrators

- Experience with Cisco ACS and RADIUS/TACACS integration with various different agents

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Strong planning, organizing and coordinating skills

- Demonstrated strong sense of ownership and initiative

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Effective analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills



Desirable

- VoIP knowledge or experience with Cisco Call Manager (CCM) and/or Cisco Call Manager Express (CCME)

- CCNA, CCIE, CISSP certifications

- DHCP/DNS administration
