Co-worker контрактник уходит, в канадскую компанию. Из русской. Запросили референс, а это работа у него первая. Начальство он просить не хочет - да я б тоже не стал на его месте. Парень девелопер. Тим лидер у нас нормальный, только по англ. не очень, и опыта отзывы давать нет.
Подскажите, кто знает, какие вообще вопросы задать могут и как держаться, если меня или лидера спросят. Нужно помочь человеку, тоже приехал недавно, работа первая, поэтому других мест референс получить нет.
